On Hang Huai's Poetry

杭淮是明中期宜兴著名诗人,著有《双溪集》。现存诗歌462首,主要分为山水诗、闲适诗、咏物诗、寄赠诗和题画诗等,其诗歌诗体雄健,凝练婉约,不袭陈言,颇谐中道,不事叫嚣,自饶古格。

Hang Huai was a famous poet in Yixing in the mid-Ming Dynasty,and he wrote Shuangxi Collection.Hang Huai totally has 462 existing poems and his poetry has five categories:landscape poetry,leisure poetry,object poetry,gift poetry and painting poetry.The poems of Hang Huai has all kinds of styles,five words of special work.His poems are vigorous,concise and graceful,not following traditional words,rather harmonious and middle way,not clamoring about things,and self-contained.
