摘要
本地化使翻译进入数字化、技术化时代,翻译的范围得以延伸,翻译的内容呈现多样化、数字化特征,翻译流程更加复杂,需要技术的高度介入,对团队合作和服务质量提出更高要求,因此,本地化译者需要具备出色的翻译能力和技术能力,以及良好的沟通能力、管理能力和服务能力,才能胜任本地化翻译任务。本文以以上五种要素建构本地化译者能力模型,为当前国内高校制定本地化翻译人才培养目标提供一定的借鉴和参考。
Localization has led translation in a digital and technological age,which causes expansion of translation scope,diversification of translation content,complication of translation process,more reliance on various technologies and tools,and higher requirements to team cooperation and service quality.To be more competent for localization translation tasks,the translator should possess excellent translation competence and technology competence,as well as good capabilities in communication,management and service.The translator competence model constructed based on these five capabilities is expected to provide the universities and colleges with a reference in their setting up training objectives of localization translators.
