装配式预制构件精益建造的SWOT分析——以南京D集团装配式预制构件研发生产基地为例

SWOT Analysis of Lean Construction of Fabricated Prefabricated Components:Taking Nanjing D Group's Prefabricated Component R&D and Production Base as an Example

预制构件是装配式建筑的前提,预制构件的生产效率对装配式建筑的生产效率起着重要的影响。本文从精益建造的角度,采用SWOT分析方法,探讨了精益建造在预制构件生产中应用的可能,分析了装配式预制构件精益建造所面临的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁。研究显示,预制构件精益建造的生产宜采取机遇型战略,抓住外部政策机遇,克服内部生产劣势,促进预制构件精益建造早日由现在的机遇型战略向理想的促进型战略转变。

Prefabricated components are the premise of prefabricated buildings.The production efficiency of prefabricated components plays an important role in the production efficiency of fabricated buildings.From the perspective of lean construction,this paper uses SWOT analysis method to explore the application of lean construction in prefabricated component production,and analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of fabricated prefabricated components.Studies have shown that the lean construction of prefabricated components should adopt an opportunity-oriented strategy,seize external policy opportunities,overcome internal production disadvantages,and promote the production of prefabricated components from the current opportunity-oriented strategy to the ideal promotion-oriented strategy.
