反应堆汽轮机给水泵提前跳机风险分析及防范措施

摘要 汽轮给水泵属于二回路系统中的重要辅机之一。汽轮给水泵的稳定运行可以保证蒸发器的供水平稳,从而维持反应堆的稳定运行。同时汽轮机驱动相比于电机驱动热经济性基本持平,但机组容量更大,因此具有更大的经济实用价值。在该汽轮给水泵前期运行过程中,汽轮给水泵机组双联泵轴以及双联泵与齿轮间的联轴器均出现断裂情况,由于需要按时保证生产,如按照原型双联泵生产出来安装,就不能满足生产时间要求,因此采用改进型双联泵进行安装调试。分析得出,采用改进型双联泵运行后较原型泵会提前达到超速跳机油压,经过计算,调整后的节流孔板可满足后续设备使用。 The turbo-feed pump is one of the important auxiliary engines in the secondary loop system.The stable operation of the steam turbine feed pump can guarantee the steady water supply of the evaporator and maintain the stable operation of the reactor.At the same time,the thermal economy of steam turbine drive is basically the same as that of motor drive,but the unit capacity is larger,so it has greater economic and practical value.In the operation process of the early stage of the steam turbine feed water pump,double pump turbine to pump shaft and double pump and gear coupling between fracture condition,because of the need to ensure the production on time,such as according to the prototype produced double pump installation,cannot meet the requirements of production time,so the improved double pump for installation debugging.It is concluded that the oil pressure of the overspeed pump can be reached ahead of the prototype after the operation of the modified dual pump.
