探究高校汽车类专业应用技能型人才培养新模式

现代化技术与先进知识的运用及掌握,已经成为实现经济社会高速发展的主要依赖,而具有知识与技能水平较高的应用技能型人才,则是促进经济发展的关键因素。特别是西方发达国家,尤为关注对高校应用技能型人才的有效培养,以此为经济发展提供保障。基于此,文章将着眼高校汽车类专业,简要分析培养应用技能型人才的有关路径。

The application and mastery of modern technology and advanced knowledge have become the main dependence to realize the rapid development of economy and society,and the application of skilled talents with higher level of knowledge and skills is the key factor to promote economic development.Especially,western developed countries pay special attention to the effective cultivation of applied skilled talents in colleges and universities so as to provide guarantee for economic development.Based on this,this paper will focus on the automotive majors in colleges and universities,and briefly analyze the path of training applied skilled talents.
