摘要
研究了芳烃油对喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料低温柔性、喷涂性能、力学性能、存储性能的影响,结果表明,采用运动黏度为6~8 mm^2/s的芳烃油、添加量为16%时,制得的喷涂速凝橡胶沥青防水涂料的低温柔性得到了明显改善,其他性能指标满足相关标注要求;芳烃油的加入不影响涂料的喷涂工艺,且存储稳定性良好。
The article studies the influence of aromatic oil on flexibility at low temperature,spraying performance,mechanical and storage properties of spraying-applied and fast-curing rubber-modified bitumen waterproofing coating.Results show:when aromatic oil with kinematic viscosity of 6~8 mm^2/s is added at the amount of 16%,the low temperature flexibility of the prepared coating is substantially improved,and its other performances meet the requirements of relevant standards;the adding of aromatic oil does not affect the coating's spraying technology and the storage stability is excellent.
