摘要
汕头苏埃海底隧道总长6.8 km,开挖量大、地质复杂、地下水压大、抗震要求高,施工中极易带来涌水、塌方等工程风险,防水施工成为整个工程的关键环节。针对盾构隧道的不同部位选择适宜的防水材料,施工中通过控制提高卷材铺设水平、采取多道防水方式加强施工缝及始发井、吊出井等薄弱环节的处理,整体提升隧道的防水性能,取得了预期的防水效果。
Shantou Su’ai subsea tunnel,with the total length of 6.8 km,is featured by large excavated volume,complex geology,high underground water pressure and high seismic requirement.During construction,water burst and landslide may occur easily,so the waterproofing construction becomes a key point of the whole project.Proper waterproofing materials are selected as per different locations,and through membrane application quality control,adoption of multi-layer waterproofing for reinforcement of construction joint,launching shaft,lift-out shaft and other weak points,the overall waterproofing performance of the tunnel is improved and expected waterproofing effect is achieved.
