摘要
以某公司改性沥青防水卷材生产废气净化系统为研究对象,分析原始废气净化系统存在的问题并进行改造。采用优质改性剂的同时,选择"燃烧室+热回收室+喷淋塔"的组合净化方式,将生产过程中的废气首先通过燃烧室进行高温燃烧,燃烧后的高温气体经过热回收室利用余热,最后将沥青烟气导入喷淋塔中除尘经烟囱排放。改进后的废气净化系统在实际运行过程中,废气污染物排放量远低于国家标准,其投资回报时间小于半年。
Taking the fume purification system for some company’s modified bitumen waterproofing membrane production as a research object,the article analyzes and rectifies the existing problems of the original purifying system.While using good quality modifier,the combined purifying method"combustion chamber+heat recovery chamber+spray tower"is adopted to have the production fume incinerated at high temperature at the combustion chamber,then the waste heat of the high temperature gas will be utilized through the heat recovery chamber,finally the bitumen fume will be transferred to spray tower for dedusting and discharged through chimney.After modification,the emission of off-gas pollutant in actual operation is far below the national standard,and the payback time of investment is less than half year.
