摘要
针对某核电厂二次滤网网片破损问题,通过对网片的宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能检测、金相分析、断口分析、表面微观分析,排除了泥沙冲刷腐蚀的可能性,最终查明了破损的根本原因为流致振动导致纤维状杂物附着磨损,同时还分析了网片支承区磨损和外缘磨损的根本原因。并针对上述磨损问题,提出了优化网孔布置结构、增加网片厚度和制订合理的预防性维修策略等改进方案。
In view of the damage of the mesh for secondary filter in a nuclear power plant,through macroscopic observation of the mesh,chemical composition analysis,mechanical property testing,metallographic analysis,fracture analysis and surface microscopic analysis,the possibility of sediment erosion and corrosion was excluded.Finally,the root cause of the damage was found out to be the adhesion wear of fibrous sundry caused by fluid-induced vibration,and the root cause of the wear of mesh supporting area and outer edge were also analyzed.And in view of the above abrasion problems,the improvement schemes such as optimizing the mesh layout structure,increasing the mesh thickness and formulating a reasonable preventive maintenance strategy were put forward.
