摘要 文中介绍了兰州石化-中川机场航煤管道工程的基本情况,介绍了泡沫清管器、皮碗清管器和几何检测器的发送过程,对发送数据进行了分析,对实施过程中出现的问题采取了解决措施,对几何变形检测的结果进行了评估。从几何检测的必要性、清管器的发送顺序、驱动力的选择要求、末端背压的建立和统一检测要求等方面对新建管道的几何变形检测实施方法提出了建议,为新建管道几何变形检测的实施提供了参考,有利于管道的全寿命周期完整性管理。 This paper introduced the basic situation of Lanzhou Petrochemical Factory-Zhongchuan Airport kerosene pipeline project,described the sending process of foam pig,cup pig and geometric detector,analysis of the sent data,took measures to solve the problems in the implementation process,evaluation of the results of geometric deformation detection.From the necessity of geometric detection,the sending order of pig,the choice of driving force requirements,at the end of the establishment of the back pressure and uniform testing requirements of new pipe geometric deformation detection implementation method were pro-posed,for the implementation of the new pipe geometric deformation detection provided the reference.It is advantageous to the pipeline integrity management in whole life cycle.
