海底管道水下多球发球筒的研制

Development of Underwater Multi-Pig Launcher for Subsea Pipeline

海管铺设完成后需要进行清管作业,水下清管需要解决多次清管球装填、发球筒的连接和清管球后退等问题。文中设计了水下多球发球筒,能够一次装填4个清管球,设置档杆结构并进行材质选择和强度计算,防止清管球后退。水下一次对接完成后,通过潜水员水下开关相应球阀,可依次发射多个清管球,降低了深水清管的难度,同时保障了水下清管的安全和有效进行。

Pigging operation shall be carried out after the completion of sea pipe laying, and problems such as multiple pigging ball loading, connection of the launcher and back of the pigging ball shall be solved for underwater pigging. In this paper, the underwater multi-ball tee box was designed, which can load four pigging balls at a time, set the structure of the gear stick and conduct material selection and strength calculation to prevent the pigging ball from retreating. After the completion of underwater docking, multiple pigging balls can be fired successively through the diver’s underwater switch corresponding ball valve, which reduces the difficulty of deepwater pigging and ensures the safety and effectiveness of underwater pigging.
