摘要
海上油气平台在海底管道突发事故后第一时间停产,管道内部残留的原油由于含蜡量比较高,随着时间的推移逐渐降温凝固,造成海管堵塞。为解决这一问题,设计一种装置,包括收油管卡、收油袋和配重块、收油箱以及软管等组件。该装置在设计过程中考虑并解决结构密封和稳定、作业过程的风险、建造过程的快捷等难点问题;同时详细介绍该装置应用步骤及注意事项,为其他类似工程项目提供参考。
The offshore oil and gas platform stopped production immediately after the submarine pipeline accident.The residual crude oil in the pipeline,due to its high wax content,gradually cooled down and solidified over time,resulting in the subsea pipe-line blockage.To solve this problem,a device was designed,which include the assembly of the receiving pipe clamp,the receiving bag and the counterweight block,the receiving tank and the hose and so on.In the process of design,the difficult problems such as structure sealing and stability,operation risk and construction speed were considered and solved.At the same time,the application steps and precautions of the device were introduced in detail to provide reference for other similar projects.
