摘要
为了探究茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对花生生长和抗氧化酶活性的影响,本试验以两个花生品种H2014和H1315为试材,研究喷施不同浓度外源MeJA对其不同发育时期抗氧化酶活性和主要农艺性状的影响。结果表明,300μmol/L MeJA显著提高H2014的主茎高,比CK增加34. 1%;450μmol/L MeJA显著提高H1315的主茎高,比CK增加18. 1%。不同浓度的MeJA对花生过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量均有不同程度的促进作用;随着MeJA浓度的增加,POD、SOD活性和可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量表现为先升高后降低的趋势。适量的MeJA对花生主茎高和和抗氧化酶活性有促进作用。
In order to explore the effects of methyl jasmonate(MeJA)on peanut growth and antioxidant enzyme activities,the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities and main agronomic traits at different developmental stages of two peanut varieties H2014 and H1315 were investigated after spraying different concentrations of exogenous Me JA.The results showed that 300μmol/L MeJA significantly promoted the plant height of H2014,which was 34.1%higher than that of CK,and 450μmol/L MeJA significantly promoted the plant height of H1315,which was 18.1%higher than that of CK.Different concentrations of Me JA had different degrees of promoting effects on activities of peanut peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),soluble protein and soluble sugar.With the increase of Me JA concentration,the POD and SOD activities,soluble protein and soluble sugar contents showed a tendency to increase first and then decrease.An appropriate concentration of Me JA could promote the main stem height and antioxidant enzyme activities of peanut.
