行内生草对酿酒葡萄微域环境及品质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在胶东半岛产区的乳山市赤霞珠葡萄园中,以清耕为对照,测定生草处理20、40 cm深处的土壤相对含水量及果实区域温度;9月下旬测定枝条粗度、节间长度、叶面积和叶绿素含量;采收后测定果实可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、p H值以及果实单宁和花色苷含量。结果表明,生草处理提高大量降水后的土壤相对含水量,减小昼夜温差,促进植株长势,提高果实可滴定酸含量并维持较低的p H值,但在一定程度上对果实可溶性固形物积累形成负面影响。 In Rushan Cabernet Sauvignon wine grape vineyard of Jiaodong Peninsula,the water content of 20-cm and 40-cm soil layers and fruit zone temperature were measured under growing grass management with clean tillage as control.In late September,the shoot thickness,internode length,leaf area and chlorophyll contents of wine grape were measured,and the contents of soluble solid,titratable acid,tannin and anthocyanin and pH value in grape fruits were determined after harvest.The results showed that growing grass increased the soil relative water content after a large amount of rainfall,reduced the temperature difference between day and night,promoted plant growth,increased the titratable acid content of fruit and maintained a low pH value,but to a certain extent,it had negative effect on the accumulation of soluble solid of fruits.
