Effects of a New Type of Water-Retaining Agent Interacted with Nitrogen Fertilizer on Physiological Characteristics of Maize

摘要 本研究根据华北(半干旱)地区夏玉米种植特点,以品种郑单958为试材,用盆栽法,设6个处理,探究新型保水剂与氮肥混施互作对玉米生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:保水剂能促进玉米对氮素的转化利用,促进玉米对营养元素的吸收;适宜的氮素用量与保水剂互作,能促进玉米的抗逆性和生命活力,使玉米生长发育后力充足,并有利于抽穗期的吐丝结实;氮素用量0. 326 g/kg、保水剂用量0. 07 g/kg时,二者互作对玉米抗旱性和生理生化特性有较好效果。 According to the characteristics of summer maize planting in north China(semi-arid)region,the pot experiment was carried out with 6 treatments to study the effect of interaction of new water retaining agent and nitrogen fertilizer on physiological and biochemical characteristics of maize variety Zhengdan 958.The results showed that the use of water-retaining agent could promote the transformation and utilization of nitrogen in maize,thus promoted the absorption of nutrient elements in maize.The interaction of appropriate nitrogen content and water-retaining agent promoted the stress resistance and vitality of maize to ensure the later growth and development and be conducive to the silking and seeding.When the application rate of nitrogen was 0.326 g/kg and that of water retaining agent was 0.07 g/kg,their interaction had better effect on drought resistance and physiological and biochemical characterisctics of maize.
