武山铜矿选硫系统提高浮选指标生产实践 被引量:1

摘要 武山铜矿选硫系统投产以来,硫精矿品位、回收率偏低,未达到设计要求。结合现场实际情况,详细剖析武山铜矿选硫系统生产现状,分析对选硫系统造成影响的各种因素,提出对选硫系统增加一次分级旋流器台数,调整分级工艺参数,调增粗粒精选浮选机几何容积,增加精选浮选时间进而提高富集比等改进措施,实施之后选硫指标显著得到提升,硫精矿品位达到45%以上,硫作业回收率达到90%以上,实现了选硫系统达产达标,为矿山取得了较好的经济效益。同时为矿山解决类似问题提供借鉴。 Since the new sulfur separation process was put into operation in Wushan copper mine,the.grade and recovery of sulfur concentrate are low,which can not meet the design requi rements.Based on the actual production sit uation,the paper investigates the current situation of the new sulfur separat ion process,and analyzes the various factors that affect the sulfur separation process,some improvement measures are put forward,such as increasing the number of primary stage cyclones,adjusting the process parameters,expanding the geometric volume of coarse-grained flotation machine,increasing flotation time and enrichment ratio.After the implementation,the sulfur separation technology and economy has been improved,the grade of sulfur concentrate is over 45%and the recovery of sulfur is over 90%.The new sulfur separation process has reached the production standard and achieved ideal economic benefits for the mine.It provides convenient new ideas for similar problems in mines.
