摘要 为了满足生产需要,设计了一种气动打磨系统,可实现对工件4个面进行打磨,工件表面的粗糙度可控制在工艺要求范围内,打磨系统采用气动结构,运行可靠,打磨精度高。同时对打磨工艺做了研究,分析了打磨力、砂纸、打磨次数、反复打磨进给速度等因素对工件表面粗糙度的影响,制定了合理的打磨工艺,取得了良好的使用效果。 In order to meet the needs of production,a pneumatic grinding system is designed,which can grind four surfaces of the workpiece.The roughness of the workpiece surface can be controlled within the range of technological requirements.The pneumatic structure was adopted in the grinding system,the machine runs reliably and has high grinding accuracy.At the same time,the grinding process was studied,and the effects of grinding force,sandpaper,grinding times,feed speed of repeated grinding on the surface roughness of the workpiece were analyzed.A reasonable grinding process was formulated and good results were achieved.
