摘要
自动开浇技术是现代连铸机的关键技术之一,对于提高连铸机的自动化程度,保证设备安全生产,降低工人劳动强度,提高铸坯质量与产量,减少溢钢和漏钢事故以及提高连铸的管理水平具有重要意义。该文利用MATLAB/Simulink软件,针对某现代化板坯连铸机钢水液面控制液压伺服系统进行了建模研究、仿真分析及现场试验,结果表明液压伺服控制系统动静态特性完全满足工艺要求,为自动开浇的成功实施奠定了基础。
Automatic pouring casting technology is one of the key technologies of modern continuous casting machine,which can improve the automation degree of continuous casting machine and ensure the safety production of equipment,reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the quality and output of slab,reduce the accidents of steel overflow and steel leakage,and improve the management level of continuous casting.In this paper,using MATLAB/Simulink software,the modeling research,simulation analysis and field test of the hydraulic servo system for liquid steel level control of a modern slab caster are carried out.The results show that the dynamic and static characteristics of the hydraulic servo control system fully meet the process requirements,it lays a foundation for the successful implementation of automatic casting.
