摘要
喷嘴是冰粒射流清洗系统的重要部件,其结构类型对清洗效果有重要影响。在分析了冰粒射流清洗系统工作原理的基础上,对直线型、收缩型和文丘里型3种喷嘴进行了结构设计。利用计算流体动力学分析软件Fluent,对3种喷嘴内部水流速度场与射入大气环境中的自由射流流场进行了仿真;同时对离散相固态冰颗粒的运动速度与轨迹进行了分析,对比了3种喷嘴的喷射特点。搭建实验平台,分别使用3种喷嘴进行了清洗实验。研究结果表明,3种喷嘴用于冰粒射流清洗的效果明显好于纯水射流清洗,其中收缩型喷嘴的清洗率最高。
Nozzle is an important part of ice jet cleaning system.Its structure type has important influence on the cleaning effect.A jet cleaning system with ice particles is established,which adopts three nozzles with different structures,namely,linear,contracting-type and Venturi type.Based on Fluent,the internal flow fields in three kinds of nozzles and the flow field in the atmosphere are simulated.At the same time,the movement velocity and trajectory of discrete phase solid ice particle are analyzed.The experimental platform is built and three kinds of nozzles are used for cleaning experiments.Results show that the quality of ice jet cleaning is better than pure water jet cleaning quality for the three nozzles,and the contracting-type nozzle has the highest cleaning rate.
