摘要
液压缸油管焊接成形差且漏油率高,该文对产品结构进行了分析,探究了原焊接工艺的缺陷并进行了改进。通过对焊接试验数据的整理分析,调整焊接设备,制作辅助工装夹具,改善焊接参数,最终制定了液压缸油管自动TIG焊接工艺,从根本上控制了焊接缺陷、极大降低了残次品的数量。
Due to poor welding formation,the oil leakage rate of the hydraulic cylinder tubing is high.This article analyzes the product structure,explores the defects of the original welding process and improves it.Through the analysis of welding test data,adjusting welding equipment,making auxiliary tooling fixtures,and improving welding parameters,the automatic TIG welding process for hydraulic cylinder tubing was finally formulated,which fundamentally controlled welding defects and greatly reduced the number of defective products.
