分道通航制水域船舶的安全航行与避碰研究

Research on Safe Navigation and Collision Avoidance of Vessels in the Traffic Separation Areas

分道通航制是船舶定线制的主要形式和最常用形式.分道通航制的运用,对于维持船舶航行秩序和缓解通航分道交通密集程度都起着一定的积极作用.针对船舶在分道通航制水域航行的特殊情况,进行相关的水文地理信息和船舶的航行避碰研究,对保证船舶的安全性和提高驾驶员在分道通航制水域内的技术操作性具有重要意义.本文对船舶在分道通航制水域内的安全航行和避碰做了相关研究,介绍了船舶在分道通航制水域内航行时会遇的几种典型情况,以及通过对船舶在分道通航制水域不同航行情况的分析,提出了具体与之相对应的安全航行和避险的措施和方法;并结合实际情况,就成山头水道分道通航制的安全航行为实例,介绍了在具体通航分道情况下的航行方法和注意事项.

The traffic separation scheme(TSS)is the main form used form of the ship’s routing.The application of TSS plays a positive role in maintaining the navigational order of ships and alleviating the traffic density.For the special case of navigation of vessels sailing in traffic lane,relevant hydrographic information,ship navigation research are carried out.It is significant to ensure the safety of ships and improve the technical operability of drivers in traffic separation waterways.This article has done research on safe navigation and collision avoidance within TSS,and introduced several typical situations that the ship would encounter when navigating in TSS.Based on the analysis of different navigational situations,specific measures for safe navigation and risk avoidance are put forward.Combined with the actual situation,Cheng Shan cape TSS is an example,this paper introduces the safe sailing method and matters needing attention in the case of specific navigable subways.
