摘要
目的:分析同一个体腰椎和髋部各部位骨密度(bone mineral density,BMD)值及部分部位T值的差异性。方法:选择自然绝经2年以上的女性167名,均行双能量X线吸收测量法(dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry,DXA)扫描,同时对腰椎和髋部进行BMD测定,得出各部位BMD值及部分部位T值。结果:L3、L4 BMD值明显高于L1、L2(P<0.01);L1 T值明显高于L2、L3(P<0.01);股骨干BMD值明显高于股骨颈,股骨颈BMD值明显高于Wards三角大粗隆与大粗隆(P<0.01);股骨颈下半部BMD值明显高于股骨颈上部(P<0.01);Wards三角大粗隆T值明显低于股骨颈、大粗隆(P<0.01);L1~L4 BMD值高于全髋(P<0.05),L1~L4 T值明显低于全髋(P<0.01)。结论:同一个体不同部位BMD值、T值存在显著差异,对于BMD值相对较低的自然绝经后女性,应加强对骨质疏松症的预防工作。
Objective:To analyze the differences of bone mineral density(BMD)value and T value of different sites of the lumbar spine and hip.Methods:A total of 167 women with natural menopause for more than 2 years were selected.All women were scanned using dualenergy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA),and standard BMD scans were performed on the lumbar spine and hips to obtain BMD and T value.Results:L3,L4 BMD values were significantly higher than L1,L2 BMD values(P<0.01).L1 T values was significantly higher than L2,L3 T values(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the BMD value between the greater trochanter and the femoral neck and the femoral shaft(P<0.01).The BMD value of the femoral shaft was significantly higher than that of the femoral neck(P<0.01).The BMD value of the lower half of the femoral neck was significantly higher than that of the upper femoral neck(P<0.01).The T value of gross trochanter was significantly lower than that of femoral neck and grand trochanter.The BMD values of L1-L4 was significantly higher than that of total hips(P<0.05),and L1-L4 T values were significantly lower than the total hip T value(P<0.01).Conclusion:The BMD and T values of different parts of the same individual are inconsistent,especially post-menopausal women with relatively low BMD values should strengthen the prevention of osteoporosis.
