基于德尔菲法的军队战术区域常用转运救护技术的筛选

Screening of common transfer rescue techniques in army tactical area based on Delphi method

目的:应用德尔菲法筛选战术区域常用转运救护技术,为战时伤病员高效救护与医务人员培训提供科学依据。方法:在查阅文献资料、专家咨询基础上,编制咨询问卷,进行两轮专家咨询,整理并分析结果。结果:两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率均为100%,提出修改建议的专家占比分别是85%和45%,专家权威系数为0.930,变异系数分别是0.086~0.278和0.072~0.155。经过两轮专家咨询问卷,最终筛选出31个二级指标。结论:应用德尔菲法筛选出的军队战术区域常用转运技术条目的科学性及可靠性较高,对战时伤病员救护的研究与培训具有重要意义。

Objective:To screening of common transfer rescue techniques in tactical area by using Delphi method,and to provide scientific basis for training of efficient rescue and medical personnel for the wounded and sick in wartime.Methods:On the basis of consulting the literature and expert consultation,consultation questionnaires were prepared,two rounds of expert consultation were conducted,and the results were collected and analyzed.Results:In the two rounds of expert consultation,the effective recovery was 100%,the proportion of experts who proposed amendments were 85%and 45%respectively,the expert authority coefficient was 0.930,and the coefficient of variation were 0.086~0.278 and 0.072~0.155 respectively.After two rounds of expert consultation,31 second-level indicators were finally selected.Conclusion:The items of the common transfer techniques in tactical area were selected by the Delphi method have high scientific and reliable,and has great value in training of the rescue for the wounded and sick in wartime.
