摘要 腕关节是人体最复杂、最精细的关节之一,具有易损伤、难痊愈的特点,患者一旦发生腕关节损伤,其功能恢复和生活质量均受到影响。目前单种影像学成像方法诊断腕关节病变的敏感性和特异性均不高。因此掌握影像学的适应证、禁忌证以及优缺点,有助于适时、恰当、合理地选择相应的影像学方法,为临床提供更有价值的诊疗信息。 Wrist joint is one of the most complex and delicate arm joints in the human body.It has the characteristics of most vulnerable to damage,difficult to heal.Patients′functional recovery and quality of life are affected.So far,the sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of wrist diseases by single imaging method is not high.So mastering the indications,contraindications,advantages and disadvantages of imaging technology,contribute to choose the appropriate imaging method in a timely,appropriate and reasonable manner,and provides more valuable diagnosis and treatment information for clinical.
