加强和改进新时代高校美育工作,不仅是全面推进学校美育改革发展的需要,也是全面提高大学生人才培养质量的需要。新时代高校美育要以“提高大学生审美与人文素养”为目标指向。积极推进高校美育政策的落地实施、正确把握高校美育工作的开展重心、建立健全高校美育工作的推进机制。注重公共艺术教育、专业艺术教育、艺术师范教育的协调发展,科学构建综合课程体系、切实增强学生美育实践体验。

Enhancing and improving the work of university aesthetic education in the new era is not only the need to comprehensively promoting the reform and development of aesthetic education in university,but also the need of comprehensively improving the quality of talent training for university students.In the new era,university aesthetic education should take“improving university students aesthetic and humanistic quality”as the target,actively promote the implementation of aesthetic education policy in universities,correctly grasp the focus of university aesthetic education,and establish and improve the mechanism of university aesthetic education.We should pay attention to the coordinated development of public art education,professional art education and art normal education,scientifically build a comprehensive curriculum system,and practically enhance students aesthetic education experience.
