摘要
为确定引发安达市的某奶牛场奶牛乳房炎的主要致病菌,对40份乳房炎乳汁进行实验室分子生物学检测及药敏试验,并对检测出金黄色葡萄球菌进行分离鉴定,结果鉴定出8株金黄色葡萄球菌。通过分子生物学检测确定其主要致病菌为无乳链球菌、肠球菌以及少许的金黄色葡萄球菌。药敏试验结果显示,氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、头孢噻呋等敏感药物可作为该牛场的首选治疗药物。
In order to determine the main pathogenic bacteria causing mastitis in a dairy farm in Anda City, laboratory molecular biological tests and drug sensitivity tests were conducted on 40 parts of mastitis milk, and the detection and identification of Staphylococcus aureus were carried out. Eight strains of Staphylococcus aureus were produced. Molecular biology tests confirmed that the main pathogenic bacteria were Streptococcus agalactiae, Enterococcus and a little Staphylococcus aureus. The results of drug susceptibility tests showed that ofloxacin, enrofloxacin, ceftiofur and other sensitive drugs can be used as the first choice of therapeutic drugs for the cattle farm.
