摘要
酶制剂是一种具有高度催化活性的微生态制剂,具有降解抗营养因子、补充内源酶、解离金属元素、增强机体免疫力等作用。在饲料中添加酶制剂可以提高畜禽日增重、屠宰性能以及产奶产蛋性能,降低畜禽粪便中有机物的排放,减少环境污染。文章从饲用酶制剂的种类、作用机制及其对畜禽生产性能的影响等方面进行综述和分析,旨在为高效利用酶制剂提供参考。
Feed enzyme preparation is a kind of micro-ecological preparation with high catalytic activity. The feed enzyme preparation has the functions of degrading anti-nutritional factors, supplementing endogenous enzymes, dissociating metal elements, and enhancing immunity. Thus, addition of enzyme preparations in animal feed can improve daily liveweight gain, slaughter performance, milk and egg production of livestock and poultry, and reduce the pollution to the environment by reducing the emission of organic matter in the feces of livestock and poultry. The article reviews the types, mechanism of action of feed enzyme preparations and their effects on livestock performance, etc., with aims to provide a reference for the efficient use of feed enzyme preparations.
