2019年新疆部分地区猪伪狂犬病毒gB、gE蛋白抗体ELISA检测及分析 被引量:3

Detection and analysis of porcine pseudorabies virus gB and gE protein antibodies in some regions of Xinjiang in 2019

摘要 为调查2019年新疆部分地区猪群伪狂犬病毒(pseudorabies virus,PRV)免疫抗体水平和野毒感染情况,试验应用猪伪狂犬病毒gB、gE抗体检测试剂盒对采集的8个规模化猪场441份血清样品进行PRV-gB和PRV-gE两种蛋白的抗体检测。结果显示:8个规模化猪场PRV-gB平均抗体阳性检出率为90.93%,其中B、C、F场平均抗体阳性检出率均为100.00%,A场平均抗体阳性检出率最低,为16.00%。8个规模化猪场PRV-gE平均抗体阳性检出率为44.67%,其中B场平均阳性检出率最高,为92.47%。A场和D场平均阳性检出率最低,为0。对不同生长阶段的猪群分析,PRV-gB抗体阳性检出率最高为种公猪95.95%,最低为保育猪75.00%;PRV-gE抗体阳性检出率最高为后备母猪78.95%,最低为育肥猪11.43%。试验表明,新疆部分地区猪群存在野毒感染,各养猪场之间、不同生长阶段感染情况不一。该试验可以为新疆部分地区猪场PR防控与净化提供参考。 In order to investigate the level of pseudorabies virus(PRV)immune antibodies and wild virus infection in some areas of Xinjiang in 2019,PRV-gB and PRV-gE antibodies were detected in 441 serum samples collected from eight large-scale pig farms using the swine pseudorabies virus gB and gE antibody detection kit.The results showed that the average antibody positive rate of PRV-gB in eight large-scale pig farms was 90.93%,among which the average antibody positive rate of B,C,and F pig farm was 100.00%,and the average antibody positive rate in A pig farm was the lowest,which was 16.00%.The average PRV-gE antibody positive rate of eight large-scale pig farms was 44.67%,among which the average positive rate of B pig farm was 92.47%,and the average positive rate of A and D pig farm was0. Analysis of herds at different age showed that thehighest PRV-gB antibody positive rate was 95.95%in boars and the lowest was 75.00% in nursery piglets.The highest PRV-gE antibody positive rate was78.95% in replacement gilt and the lowest PRV-gEantibody positive rate was 11.43% in fattening pigs. Theresults showed that there were wild pseudorabies virus infections in pig herds in some areas of Xinjiang, and the infection rate was different among pig farms and different age. Itwas hoped that the results could provide a reference for PR control and eradication in pig farms of Xinjiang.
