宋代《妇人大全良方》“女子以血为本”的辨证施治思想探微

A Probe into the Dialectical Thought of"Women's Blood Based"in the Song Dynasty"the Great Prescription of Women"

女子与男子体质有所不同,其体质内在的特点与规律对女性生理、病因、病机、疾病转归以及养生保健等均有重要影响,中医治疗妇产科疾病在充分遵循女性体质内在特点与规律的基础上,提出诸多思想理论,“女子以血为本”是较为重要的辨证施治思想。《妇人大全良方》是由南宋著名医家陈自明所著,是我国目前现存最早的中医妇产科学专著,该书对宋朝以前的中医妇产科理论思想以及临床经验进行了系统阐述与总结,并首次提出“女子以血为本”的辨证施治学术思想。本文从学术思想发展、生理及病理意义以及临床应用等方面对“女子以血为本”学术思想进行探析,以期为中医妇产科学的发展提供理论参考与依据。

The constitution of women is different from that of men.The inherent characteristics and laws of women's constitution have important influence on women's physiology,etiology,pathogenesis,disease prognosis,health care and so on.On the basis of fully following the inherent characteristics and laws of women's constitution,TCM treatment of Obstetrics and gynecology diseases puts forward many thoughts and theories."Is a more important thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment.The Complete Good Prescription for Women's Congress was written by Chen Ziming,a famous doctor in the Southern Song Dynasty.It is the earliest monograph on obstetrics and Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine in China.It systematically expounds and summarizes the theory and clinical experience of Obstetrics and Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine before the Song Dynasty.In this paper,the development of academic thinking,physiological and pathological significance and clinical application of the"blood-based women"academic thinking were analyzed,in order to provide theoretical reference and basis for the development of Obstetrics and Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
