张念志辨治慢性阻塞性肺疾病,以“肺脾肾虚、风痰瘀阻”为基本病机,以“扶正祛邪、标本兼顾”为基本治法。在辨证过程中,着重抓风、痰、瘀、虚等病理因素,临床以祛风宣肺为首,提高肺脏功能;以化痰消瘀为轴,祛除病理因素;以培土生金为法,杜绝生痰之源;以补肾培元为根,改善咳喘症状。经验独到,疗效确切。

Professor Zhang Nian-zhi differentiates and treats chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,taking"deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney,stasis of wind,phlegm and blood"as the basic pathogenesis,and"strengthening the body,eliminating pathogenic factors and giving consideration to the specimen"as the basic treatment method.In the course of differentiation of symptoms and signs,emphasis should be laid on pathological factors such as wind,phlegm,blood stasis and deficiency,with expelling wind and dispersing lung as the first step to improve lung function,removing pathological factors with resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis as the axis,eliminating the source of phlegm by cultivating soil and generating gold,and improving cough and asthma symptoms with nourishing kidney and Pei yuan as the root.Experience is unique and effective.
