中药药浴联合普连膏封包治疗寻常型银屑病30例

30 Cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine Bath and Pulian Ointment

目的:观察中药药浴联合普连膏封包治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法:使用随机对照的方法将60例寻常型银屑病患者分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组使用中药药浴联合普连膏封包治疗,对照组使用NB-UVB联合卡泊三醇软膏外用。观察治疗8周后临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。结果:治疗8周后,观察组对银屑病患者PAIS评分、DLQI评分、临床显愈率均优于对照组。结论:中药药浴联合普连膏封包治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效肯定,具有一定的优势,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and quality of life of Psoriasis Vulgaris treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine bath and Pulian ointment.Methods:60 cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris were randomly divided into contral group and observation group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine bath combined with Pulian ointment,the control group was treated with NB-UVB combined with carbotrianol ointment for external use.The clinical effect and the impact on the quality of life of the patients were observed after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the PAIS score,DLQI score and clinical cure rate of psoriasis patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with Pulian ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has positive clinical effect,has certain advantages,and is worth popularizing.
