温阳通络法联合理疗因子对糖尿病周围神经病变患者IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of Wenyang Tongluo Combined with Physiotherapy Factors on IL-6 and TNF-α Levels in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察温阳通络法联合理疗因子治疗糖尿病周围神经病变及对患者IL-6、TNF-α水平的影响。方法:将60例脾肾阳虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病患者,随机分为对照组、观察组各30例,对照组予基础调节血糖药物,口服甲钴胺、血塞通胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上予金匮肾气丸和蜡疗、经皮神经电刺激理疗因子治疗,比较治疗前后两组的血清TNF-α、IL-6水平、下肢胫神经、腓总神经传导速度及中医临床症状总积分。结果:治疗后,两组临床症状总积分、血清TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前均下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组间比较,下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者胫神经、腓总神经传导速度水平较治疗前均有所提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组与对照组比较,改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通络法联合理疗因子可有效改善脾肾阳虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状,并能明显降低患者的TNF-α、IL-6水平,改善神经传导速度。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of methods of Wenyang Tongluo with physiotherapy factor on the treatment of Yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney diabetic peripheral neuropathy disease and the influence of IL-6 and TNF-α.Methods:60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy disease were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to the treatment retrospectively.The control group was treated with oral mecobalamin,Xuesaitong capsule and basic glucose regulation drugs;the observation group was given oral administration Jingui Shenqi decoction on the basis of the control group,with paraffin and transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation.The levels of serum TNF-α,serum IL-6 level,conduction velocity of tibial nerve,common peroneal nerve in lower limbs and total clinical symptoms of traditional chinese medicine.Results:Compared with the after treatment,the clinical symptoms,TNF-αand IL-6 were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);and the conduction velocity of tibial nerve,common peroneal nerve of observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),there were significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Wenyang Tongluo with physiotherapy factor on the treatment of Yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney diabetic peripheral angiopathy is significant,and can reduce the level of IL-6 and TNF-αin patients,improve nerve conduction velocity.
