滋水涵木法治疗白内障术后干眼症(肝肾阴亏型)临床观察

Curative Effect Observation on the Treatment of Liver and Kidney Yin Deficiency Type Xerophthalmia by Nourishing Liver and Kidney after Cataract Surgery

目的:探讨临床应用滋水涵木法治疗白内障术后干眼症(肝肾阴亏型)临床疗效。方法:选取120例(120眼)白内障术后干眼症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组以聚乙二醇眼药水点眼治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合滋水涵木法治疗。两组疗程均为30天,观察两组治疗前后症状积分、泪液分泌量、泪膜破例时间、角膜荧光素染色变化,并进行统计学对比两组疗效差异。结果:观察组和对照组治疗总有效率分别为96.67%和78.33%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后症状积分降低、泪液分泌量增多、泪膜破例时间延长、角膜荧光素染色减少与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:滋水涵木法治疗白内障术后干眼症(肝肾阴亏型)疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:It is to explore Curative effect observation on the treatment of liver and kidney yin deficiency type xerophthalmia by nourishing liver and kidney after cataract surgery.Method:120 cases(120 eyes)of xerophthalmia after cataract surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops,while the observation group was treated by nourishing liver and kidney based on the treatment of the control group,The course of treatment for both groups was 30 days,the changes of symptom score,tear secretion,tear film rupture time and corneal fluorescein staining were observed before and after treatment in the two groups and statistically compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rates of the bservation group and the control group were 96.67% and 78.33% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);After treatment,the symptom score decreased,tear secretion increased,tear film rupture time prolonged and corneal fluorescein staining decreased in the observation group compared with the control group have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of xerophthalmia by nourishing liver and kidney after cataract surgery is effective and worthy of clinical application.
