摘要
目的:观察电针脾俞、肾俞穴对绝经后骨质疏松(PMOP)患者血清骨钙素(BGP)、糖蛋白Dickkop(DKK-1)、骨保护素(OPG)和骨桥蛋白(OPN)表达水平的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:选取30例符合纳入标准的PMOP患者,进行电针干预治疗,观察治疗前后患者骨密度和VAS临床骨痛评分变化。治疗前后采用蛋白质印迹法对患者血清BGP、DKK-1、OPG和OPN的表达水平进行测定。结果:治疗结束时,患者骨密度无明显变化(P>0.05),但VAS临床骨痛评分降低且有显著性差异(P<0.01)。与治疗前相比,患者血清中OPG的表达量增加,DKK-1的表达量降低,具有显著性差异(P<0.01);BGP和OPN的表达量降低,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针治疗能够显著缓解PMOP患者的骨痛症状,其作用机制可能与上调血清OPG、抑制DKK-1的表达有关。
Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on the Level of BGP,DKK-1,OPG and OPN in serum of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)patients and to explore the mechanisms.Method:30 patients with PMOP who met the inclusion criteria were treated with electroacupuncture.The changes of bone mineral density(BMD)and visual analogue scale(VAS)of clinical pain were observed before and after treatment.Western blotting method to detect the expression of BGP,DKK-1,OPG and OPN proteins in the serum of patient before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,there was no significant change in BMD.The VAS score was decreased and there was significant difference.The content of OPG in the serum of patients was increased and the content of DKK-1 in the serum of patients was decreased.There was a significant difference compared to before treatment(P<0.01).And there was no significant change in the content of BGP and OPN(P>0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture can significantly relieve bone pain in PMOP patients.The mechanism may be associated with up-regulate the expression of OPG and down-regulate the expression of DKK-1.
