苍附导痰汤联合穴位埋线治疗痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征不孕的临床研究

Clinical Study of Cangfu Daotan Decoction Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Infertility of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome with Phlegm Dampness and Internal Obstruction

目的:观察苍附导痰汤联合穴位埋线对痰湿内阻型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕的疗效。方法:选取60例痰湿内阻型PCOS不孕患者,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。观察组予苍附导痰汤联合穴位埋线治疗;对照组予枸橼酸氯米芬治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组在总有效率,血清LH、FSH、E2、T水平和妊娠率等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者排卵率比较差异无统计学无意义(P>0.05)。结论:苍附导痰汤联合穴位埋线治疗痰湿内阻型PCOS不孕患者疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the effect of cangfu Daotan decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding on infertility of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with phlegm dampness and internal obstruction.Methods:60 infertile patients with PCOS of phlegm dampness type were randomly divided into study group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The study group was treated with cangfu Daotan decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding,and the control group was treated with clomiphene citrate to compare the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:the total effective rate,serum LH,FSH,E2,T level and pregnancy rate of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:cangfu Daotan decoction combined with acupoint catgut embedding has a satisfactory therapeutic effect on PCOS infertility of phlegm dampness type,which is worthy of clinical application.
