The article introduced some different commercial dishwasher types,the detergent categories,components and regulation,explained how commercial dishwashers and detergents clean and sanitize tableware,and discussed the trends of commercial dishwashers and the detergents in the future,which was hoped to provide some reference for the development of commercial dishwasher detergent.
