“互联网+党建”背景下动漫型微党课“六化设计”研究及启示

摘要 党员教育工作是党的建设的一项基础性工作,组织党课培训是开展党员教育工作的主要途径之一。微党课作为一种新型党课模式在微时代、“互联网+”时代应运而生。动漫型微党课因其故事化(拟人化)、情境化、问题化、可视化、案例化、情感化、短小精悍等特点深受年轻党员及在校学生的喜爱。通过分析“学习强国”APP“看理论”专栏的“中国制度面对面”“新时代的基本方略”“党建漫评”“100秒漫谈斯理”等系列动漫型微党课,总结出动漫型微党课的共性特点和故事化(拟人化)、情境化、问题化、可视化、案例化和情感化等“六化设计”方法策略,从中揭示出新时代微党课创新发展的三点启示:主题选择要将抽象理论与生活实践融合、内容编排要兼顾知识点输出与价值观培养、表达方式要确保科学严谨的同时不失趣味活力,为党团教育工作者提供“互联网+党建”背景下微党课设计的新思路。 Party member education is a basic work of Party building,and organizing training of Party lecture is one of the main ways to carry out Party member education.Micro Party lecture,as a new Party lecture model in the micro era and "Internet +" era,arises at the historic moment.Animation-based micro Party lecture is popular among young Party members and students for its features such as story-based (personification),situation-based,problem-based,visualization-based,case-based,emotion-based and concision-based.By analyzing series of animation-based micro Party lectures such as "Face to face:Chinese system","Basic Strategies of the New Era","Party Building Review" and "100-second Talk" in the APP of "Xue Xi Qiang Guo",this paper summarizes the common characteristics of animation-based micro Party lecture and the "six-type design" methods and strategies,such as story-based (personification) method,situation-based method,problem-based method,visualization-based method,case-based method,emotion-based method and concision-based method.Three aspects of the innovation and development of micro Party lecture in the new era are revealed:abstract theory should be integrated with life practice in the theme selection;the content arrangement should be taken into account the output of knowledge points and the cultivation of values;the way of expression should be ensured in scientific rigor with fun and vitality.This paper provides a new idea of micro Party lecture design under the background of "Internet + and Party building" for Party and Youth League educators.
