“One Longitude and One Latitude,Four Vertical Lines and Four Horizontal Lines”:Innovation and Practice of Cultural Education Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 文化育人模式是决定文化育人成效的重要因素之一。针对文化育人实践中存在的缺乏系统模式、素材空泛、成效评价标准模糊等问题,文章将思想引领与船政文化传承相结合,创新构建了基于“思想引领、文化传承、四个融合、四个保障”的“一经一纬四横四纵”特色文化育人模式,总结了该模式在解决文化育人实践的不足以及在有效提升文化育人成效、促进学生全面发展方面的成效。 Cultural education mode is one of the important factors that determine the effectiveness of cultural education.Aiming at the problems in the practice of cultural education,such as lack of systematic mode,vague materials and fuzzy evaluation criteria,this paper combines ideological guidance with the shipping culture inheritance,the author puts forward a characteristic cultural education mode based on“ideological guidance,cultural inheritance,four integrations,four guarantees”(so-called“One Longitude and One Latitude,Four Vertical Lines and Four Horizontal Lines”mode),summarizing the effectiveness of this mode in solving the deficiency of cultural education practice and in effectively improving the effectiveness of cultural education and promoting the all-round development of students.
