摘要 中法海洋卫星是中国和法国联合研制的海洋动力环境遥感卫星,配置了2台大功率主动微波有效载荷——雷达波谱仪和微波散射计。主动微波与国际合作这两大特点,使卫星在进行总体设计时面临许多以往不曾碰到的设计难点。通过采取加强载荷配置与参数优化、电磁兼容性设计与验证、"内单外双"准双母线供配电体制、跨国运输产品集中布局、固态存储器分区等创新性设计措施,解决了风浪联合同步观测工作模式设计、小卫星上2台大功率微波设备相互干扰、脉动式设备工作时供电母线安全、产品跨国运输特殊的技术需求、特殊的星上数据存储与回放需求等各项总体设计问题,并在研制过程中进行了充分的试验验证。卫星发射入轨以来,在轨性能优异,充分证明了解决措施的正确性和有效性。 CFOSAT is a satellite developed jointly by China and France for ocean dynamics environment remote sensing.Two high-power active microwave payloads are designed onboard:SWIM and SCAT.Since the characteristics of active microwave and international cooperation,several dilemmas during satellite system design are faced for the first time.By taking the several innovative solutions,such as optimization of payload configuration and parameter,enhancing EMC(electro magnetic compatibility)design and verification,pseudo-dual bus power system,configuration design considering international transportation,solid state memory double areas design and so on,all the problems,such as simultaneously observation design of sea wind and wave,mutual disturbance between two high-power microwave on small satellite,power bus safety within impulse equipment,technical requirement of international transportation,unique requirement of on-board data storage and transmission,are resolved and verified sufficiently during development.The excellent on-orbit performance of satellite since launch proves the correctness and effectiveness of all the solutions.
