一种小卫星星载数据实时监视系统

On-board Data Real-time Monitoring System for Small Satellite

应用遥控指令和遥测数据字典,提出一种小卫星星载数据实时监视系统。根据该监视系统的系统框架,建立遥控指令和遥测数据时序关联判断模型,设计可重配置的卫星专家知识库和星载小型遥测数据池,提出实时监视遥控指令执行结果的流程,并设计了一种用于健康管理的诊断指令。该系统可应用于小卫星的遥测监视、任务执行过程的监视和监视结论的及时处理,已在某技术验证卫星上用于入轨自主快速测试和快速成像。应用结果表明:与传统遥测数据监视系统相比,文章提出的系统能为小卫星可重配置自主运行功能提供实时安全监视。

An on-board data real-time monitoring system for small satellite is proposed,using telecommand and telemetry data dictionary.According to the system framework of monitoring system,the time sequence correlation interpretation model of telecommand and telemetry is established,and a reconfigurable satellite expert knowledge base as well as a small on-board telemetry data pool are designed.Then,a real-time monitoring flow of telecommand execute results is proposed,and a diagnosis command for health management is designed.The proposed system can be applied in monitoring telemetry data,monitoring task execution process,and timely handling the monitoring result.It has been used on a technical verification satellite for on-orbit autonomously fast testing and imaging.The application results show that compared with the traditional telemetry monitoring system,the proposed system can provide real-time safety monitoring for the reconfigurable autonomous operation function of small satellite.
