摘要
大型水利水电工程投资规模大、建设地域偏僻、地形地貌复杂、工艺繁多,建设过程中需要攻克众多技术难题,对项目的科技管理工作提出了较高的要求。在阿尔塔什大坝工程建设过程中,以“高寒地区深厚覆盖覆层高面板砂砾石坝施工技术”为总课题,梳理科研计划、建立研究体系、明确研究流程、制定管理办法,实现了项目科技创新管理工作的高质量开展,达成了各项科研课题的研究目标,可供相关工程项目科技创新管理工作参考。
Large-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects are characterized by large investment scale,remote construction areas,complex landforms and ground features as well as various technologies.Many technical problems should be overcome in the construction process,thereby putting forward higher requirements for the scientific and technological management of the project.“Gravel dam construction technology of deep overburden layer panel in cold areas”is regarded as the subject during the construction of the Atlash Dam for combing scientific research plan,establishing the research system,making clear the study process and formulating management measures.The management of science and technology innovation projects is carried out with high quality.The study goals of various research projects can be reached,thereby providing a reference for the relevant science and technology innovation project management work.
