水闸工程实施精细化资料管理的探讨

Discussion on the implementation of fine data management in sluice project

为了不断提升水闸工程管理成效,谋求长远效益,本文对水闸工程实施精细化资料管理的方法进行了详细论述,指出资料精细化管理不同于以往的规范化、标准化管理,是一种动态拓展延伸、持续改进并有着鲜明个性化色彩的新型管理方式。同时指出在实施资料精细化管理探索过程中普遍存在的任务不甚明确、标准不适宜、制度执行力度不强等问题,重点介绍了制定工作任务清单、制定工作标准、典型工作流程化、修订规范表式等精细化措施,在“精”管“细”理中谋求最优效果,进一步提高水闸工程精细化管理水平。

Detailed data management methods are implemented on the sluice project,and the method is discussed in detail in this paper in order to improve the management effects of sluice projects continuously,and pursue long-term benefits.It is proposed that data refined management is different from previous specified and standardized management.It is a novel management mode with dynamic development extension,continuous improvement and distinctive personalized color.Meanwhile,it is proposed that there are common problems during the implementation of data refined management exploration process,such as unclear tasks,unsuitable standard,weak system enforcement force,etc.The job task list formulation,work standard formulation,typical streamline,revision of specification table and other refined measures are mainly introduced,the best effect is pursued in‘refined’and‘detailed’management,thereby further improving the management level of the sluice project refinement.
