摘要
本文全面介绍了引黄济青渠首引水工程规划设计以及运行方案的调整优化过程。原设计采用自流沉沙和扬水沉沙方式,考虑资金等问题,改为以挖待沉方案。面对需水量加大、渠首沉沙工程严重老化的情况,本文针对渠首引水问题进行了分析探讨,提出了延长调水时间、新建沉沙条渠、加大清淤力度等措施,尽可能地增大渠首引水工程的引水能力,以期长效解决引黄济青工程的泥沙淤积问题。
Planning and design as well as adjustment and optimization process of operation schemes of Head Works Water Division Project of Diverting Water from the Yellow River to Qingdao are introduced comprehensively in the paper.Self-flow sediment sinking and water lifting sediment sinking are adopted in the original design.Problems such as capital,etc.are considered,so the scheme is changed into digging out sands to wait for deposition.Problems of head work water division are analyzed and discussed in the paper aiming at water demand increase and serious aging of head work desilting project.The following measures are proposed such as extension of water division time,new construction of desilting canal,increase of dredging intensity,etc.,thereby increasing the water division ability of head work water division projects as far as possible,and solving the sediment deposition problems of water diversion from the Yellow River to Qingdao effectively.
