摘要
龙口水电站20MW发电机组在并网运行中发生事故停机事件,通过监控系统上位机历史故障报警信息记录及现场检查分析,确认是由测速115%ne接点误动导致的。为保障机组运行时转速测控回路的稳定性,将测速装置的测频来源以及控制回路进行处理,并将监控上位机的流程进行了优化处理,从根本上解决了影响机组安全运行的缺陷隐患。
The 20MW generator set of Longkou Hydropower Station is shut down during the grid-connected operation.It is confirmed that the fault is caused by the misoperation of 115%contact point of the measured speed according to the record of the historical fault alarm information of the upper computer of the monitoring system as well as the on-site inspection and analysis.The frequency source and control loop of the speed measurement device are processed in order to ensure the stability of the rotation speed measurement and control loop during unit operation,and the process of the monitoring upper computer is optimized so as to fundamentally solve the hidden defects affecting the safe operation of the unit.
