基于信息化的福建省建设工程质量安全监管模式简析

Supervision Mode Analysis Based on Informatization of Construction Project Quality and Safety in Fujian Province

基于信息化建设对建设工程质量安全监管工作的重要性和迫切性,从信息化监管的特点入手,提出发展工程质量安全信息化监管应具备的三个基本条件,即硬件满足信息化技术需求、配备相对应的动态监管办法和监督信息数据的有效利用;进而参照上述基本条件对福建省建设工程质量安全信息化监管模式的发展历程和特点进行详细介绍;最后,对信息化监管的数据安全问题和下一阶段的工作重点进行分析。

Based on the importance and urgency of information construction to the supervision of construction project quality and safety,this paper starts with the characteristics of Information supervision mode and puts forward three basic conditions that the supervision mode of construction project should have,namely,to meet the information technology needs of hardware,the corresponding dynamic supervision methods and the effective use of supervision information data;and then referring to the above basic conditions,this paper introduces in detail the development process and characteristics of the project supervision mode in Fujian province;finally,the data security of information supervisionand the focus of the next stage of the work are analyzed.
