摘要
基桩静载试验在检测灌注桩竖向抗压承载力方面目前相对比较成熟,但对于大吨位基桩静载试验却存在困难,比如地基土的承载力是否满足要求,平台的平整性控制难度大。先通过地基土的置换来满足地基土的承载力,而后通过在试块进行堆放过程中,在中部增设钢板层,用以增加平台的整体性。通过工程实践可得出,通过地基土的置换可以满足地基土承载力的要求,通过增设钢板层等连接层,保障了平台的整体性,解决了偏心问题,确保了高吨位基桩静载试验的顺利进行。
The static load test of foundation pile is relatively mature in detecting the vertical compressive bearing capacity of cast-in-place pile,but it is difficult for the static load test of large tonnage foundation pile,such as whether the bearing capacity of foundation soil meets the requirements,and the flatness control of platform is difficult. In this paper,the bearing capacity of the foundation soil is satisfied by the replacement of the foundation soil,and then the steel plate layer is added in the middle to increase the integrity of the platform. Through engineering practice,it can be concluded that the replacement of foundation soil can meet the requirements of bearing capacity of foundation soil. By adding steel plate layer,the integrity of the platform is guaranteed,the eccentricity problem is solved,and the eccentricity problem is ensured,the static load test of high tonnage pile is carried out smoothly.
