摘要
研究采用辐射诱变育种方式,对浙贝母的细叶、狭叶和宽叶三个品种的种子进行60Co-γ辐射诱变,检测方法采用HPLC-ELSD法,测定三个品种的浙贝母在1〜5月份的生物碱活性成分贝母素甲和贝母素乙含量,同时对结果进行分析和比较,讨论受不同辐射强度的诱变剂量,三个品种的浙贝母生物活性碱贝母素甲和贝母素乙的含量变化。通过实验结果表明,5月份为诱变育种后各品种的最佳采收季节,同时比较出浙贝母宽叶品种在1〜5月份的生物碱活性成分贝母素甲和贝母素乙含量测定结果都高于细叶和狭叶两个品种,为浙贝母核心种质资源构建和新品种选育提供一定的指导意义,同时也为其他农作物在辐射诱变育种方面提供参考。
In this study,the seeds of Fritillaria thunbergii were induced by 60Co-γradiation.The alkaloid active components of Fritillaria thunbergii from January to May were determined by HPLC-ELSD.Meanwhile,the analysis and comparison of Fritillaria thunbergii in different radiation intensities from January to May were carried out The contents of peimine A and peimine B in three varieties of Fritillaria thunbergii were changed under the mutagenic dose.The results showed that may was the best harvest season for all varieties after mutation breeding.Meanwhile,the content of alkaloid active components peimine A and peimine B in wide leaf variety of Fritillaria thunbergii from January to May were higher than those of fine leaf and narrow leaf.It provided certain guidance for the construction of core germplasm resources and new variety breeding of Fritillaria thunbergii,and also for other farmers It provides a reference for radiation mutation of crops.
