Thinking and Research on Smart Financial Management Mode Based on ERP Environment

当前,企业资源计划(ERP)在大型企业中取得了良好的实施效果。它使企业的财务工作发生了明显改变,不仅能够规避传统财务管理中的一些问题,而且能够在多个方面对财务管理进行优化。本文简要分析了ERP建设将如何促进企业向智慧财务管理转型,并提出了企业基于ERP环境开展智慧财务建设的方向与策略,从而提升企业财务管理水平,推动智慧企业建设。

Currently,good results of enterprise resource planning(ERP)have been achieved in large enter⁃prises.Through implementing ERP,the financial performance of enterprises changes significantly,that is,not only some problems in traditional financial management are avoided,but also financial management is op⁃timized in many aspects.This article briefly analyzes the transformation of enterprises to smart financial man⁃agement through ERP construction,and proposes some strategies for enterprises to conduct smart financial construction based on ERP environment,so as to improve the enterprises'financial management and promote the smart enterprise construction.
