Inventory Management Application Based on ERP Data Sharing

各企业为确保长期生产稳定运行,都会保持一定量的库存物资。然而库存物资会占用大量的流动资金,同时增加保管成本。如何平衡供需加快物资周转,是一个值得研究应用的课题;随着信息化系统在国家能源集团的推广和应用,如何基于数据共享的基础上,依托ERP系统将实时数据流和历史数据相结合,从集团到二三级单位不同的管理目标,对库存消耗情况进行分析,并按数据分析出物资在企业运转中的特点,从而对物资进行分类确定不同的管理模式,优化库存结构以增强供应链运转效率,并形成明显的规模经济效益。

In order to ensure the long-term production and stable operation,enterprises will keep a certain amount of materials for inventory.However,upon purchasing materials for inventory,a large amount of work⁃ing capital will be occupied,and storage costs will be increased.How to balance supply and demand and accelerate material turnover is a topic worthy of research.With the promotion and application of informationbased system in CHN Energy,based on data sharing,this article combines real-time data streams and his⁃torical data through ERP system,analyzes the inventory consumption in consideration with different manage⁃ment objectives from the group to the second and third level organizations,and discusses the characteristics of materials in the operation of enterprises according to the data,so as to determine management models for different categories of materials,optimize the inventory structure to enhance the supply chain operation effi⁃ciency,and achieve obvious economies of scale.
