煤矿机电设备维护管理标准化模式研究

Research on Standardized Mode of Maintenance and Management of Electromechanical Equipment for Coal Mine

对机电设备进行维护保养是煤矿机电运行管理业务的主要工作内容,本文从分析解决实际设备维护工作中存在的主要问题入手,研究并建立了机电设备维护工作的标准化管理模式,并配套建设了信息化管理系统作为此模式的推广工具。通过在多个矿井单位的推广应用,验证在实际设备维护工作中采用标准化管理模式能够起到杜绝工作遗漏和风险,提高工作效率和管理水平,从而降低机电事故的发生,能够保障煤矿生产的正常运行,提高企业经济效益。

Maintenance of electromechanical equipment is the main work content of coal mine electromechani⁃cal operation management business.Starting from analyzing and solving the main problems existing in the actu⁃al equipment maintenance,this article studies and establishes the standardized management mode for electrome⁃chanical equipment maintenance,and builds the supporting information-based management system as the promo⁃tion tool of this mode.Through the promotion and application in various mine shafts,it is verified that the use of standardized management mode in actual equipment maintenance can preclude work omission and risk,im⁃prove work efficiency and management level,so as to reduce the occurrence of electromechanical accidents,better ensure the normal operation of coal mine production and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
